If your company employs between 2 and 249 people, L & M training programmes are eligible for a grant. Alistair Marshall Consulting provide training programmes that qualify for grant of up to £1000 based on 50% match funding. This is known as the High Growth Development Programme and is administered by the Business & Enterprise Group.

You could be eligible for this funding if:

• You are a private sector company or social enterprise based in the North West, with between two and 249 full-time employees (excluding volunteers).

• You have been trading for more than 12 months and have the potential to increase your turnover and/or your number of employees by 20% (10% for social enterprises) for each of the next three years.

• You have been trading for less than 12 months, but have the potential to achieve a turnover of £500,000 by the end of year three.
